Sunday, December 10th, following the Lights of Love Lighting, we will have a “souper” soup and chili cook off and dessert sampling. Bring your favorite pot of soup, and compete to win the Best Soup Title in one of these categories, Most Unique and Best Overall. We also need finger sandwiches and desserts. We will have sign-up sheets in the Narthex.
During the soup cook off the youth will sponsor a Silent Auction. We will have baskets as well as other items which will be sold during a silent auction as part of the festivities. We will have more information on donations for the Silent Auction in the very near future. All proceeds from the Silent Auction go to help support the Tweens and Youth in their events, activities and the Summer Retreat. Come out and help our youth with a night of joy, Fellowship, and good food.
